Rebecca and Ed put together such a gorgeous, classy and romantic estate wedding in July! These two decided to get married at Abeja Winery in Walla Walla, Washington! I seriously LOVE vineyard and winery weddings, and I was so excited to spend the day with them, celebrating their love! From start to finish, their entire day was SO classy and elegant, and I’m so happy with how the photos turned out!
As usual, Rebecca and Ed spent their morning apart, getting ready for their wedding day. I loved the house they got ready at! This venue was incredible for so many reasons, but the house they spent the morning in was definitely one of my favorite parts. It felt so classy and luxurious, which was perfect for Rebecca and Ed’s vision! Rebecca’s gown was absolutely breathtaking. She kept it simple, with a sheath, satin gown that fit her incredibly. Rebecca and Ed both wanted their day to stay on the intimate side, and decided to keep the bridal party just between them. Since Rebecca didn’t have any bridesmaids, I had the opportunity to spend the morning chatting with her and learning more about her and Ed which was so fun!
Rebecca and Ed shared such a sweet first look before the ceremony. They both looked so timeless and classy in their wedding attire, and I loved how the photos turned out! We wandered around the property a little bit, and I was able to take some really sweet photos of them. The venue was so lush and green, everywhere I looked pretty much took my breath away. The ceremony space was incredible! They chose to keep it pretty minimal, and stick with a really modern and sleek feel. They even rented a private orchestra to play during their ceremony which was so special! One of the sweetest, most memorable parts of the day was that Ed actually walked Rebecca down the aisle. Even though it was a little untraditional, Ed emphasized that he wanted it to signifie that Rebecca would never have to walk alone again. Literally the sweetest thing ever! Their ceremony was so intimate and warm, and I’m so glad I was able to be a part of it!
As soon as I thought this day couldn’t get any better, I saw the reception space and my mind was blown. Instead of spreading tons of tables out, Rebecca and Ed opted for one long table for all of their guests to sit at. The table was surrounded by huge, lush trees in every direction and it felt so romantic and warm. During cocktail hour, I stole Rebecca and Ed away for a little bit to explore the property. The vineyard was incredible, and these two were naturals! The weather was perfect, despite being a little bit cloudy. The light filtered so softly through the clouds, and turned out stunning! Rebecca and Ed are such a sweet, fun loving couple. The energy between them is incredible, and I had so much fun capturing their love story.
During dinner, Rebecca and Ed gathered around the table and spent just about the entire time laughing. I loved how inclusive and cozy the table felt, and having everyone all together in one place was so cool! As the sun set, they cut into their gorgeous cake and made their way onto the dance floor. These two had SO much fun with their guests, singing and dancing all night long. They rented out a photo bus, which is such a fun way for couples to remember their evening with their guests! One of the best parts was when they surprised everyone with a late night pizza truck, which was a perfect break from dancing the night away! The party went on all night long, and sparks flew at midnight when their guests sent them off to spend forever together! This wedding was truly one of my favorites, and I am so grateful that I was there to be a part of it!
