Rustic and Boho Forest Wedding Day // Winthrop, WA // Haley + Jason
I am so excited to be sharing the photos from Haley and Jason’s Rustic and Boho Forest wedding. These two’s day took place back on a beautiful, sunny day in June, and I am so excited to be sharing the photos with you all!
Haley and Jason chose to tie the knot at a family property in Winthrop, Washington, and their location was seriously gorgeous! Hidden away behind endless tall trees, stood an adorable and rustic cabin that Haley spent her morning in. I loved that from beginning to end, their day was quite intimate and super laid back. Haley was so kind from the moment I met her, and I had so much fun spending the day with her and Jason! Haley chose to keep her bridal party cozy, and it was obvious that there was so much love and excitement between the three of them. One of my favorite details from Haley and Jasons day, was Haley’s handmade, personalized jacket. It brought out so much of her unique personality, and I love that she will have that jacket to look back on forever!
These two lovers shared such a sweet, loving first look that was so incredible to document. Haley looked absolutely stunning in her gown, and Jason definitely felt the same way! I absolutely love first looks on wedding days, and I think it is so special when couples get to share a few intimate moments of privacy before their ceremony. Haley and Jason were also amazing sports throughout the day! Washington weather can be a bit unpredictable sometimes, and we dealt with A LOT of wind. However, they never let the wind stop them and kept a smile on their faces from start to finish!
Haley and Jason’s ceremony space was incredible! Their simple, bohemian arch covered in dried florals looked amazing right in front of the endless Washington mountains and trees. I loved that they kept their ceremony space simple, and focused on incorporating bohemian and rustic details. Also, their flower girl was the cutest thing ever and left a smile on everyone’s faces. I loved that their ceremony really made you feel hidden away from the rest of the world, and every single person was so excited to celebrate their love.
After their ceremony, I chased behind Haley and Jason as we disappeared into the trees right as the sun was setting. We ventured into an epic, huge and open field right in front of the mountains where Haley and Jason couldn’t keep their hands off each other! They shared the sweetest laughter, and the sunset behind them was beautiful. The sky was perfectly blue, and looked amazing next to Haley’s denim jacket!
By this point, we were all hungry. Haley and Jason’s dinner and reception decor was so super cute (and yummy). They had their dinner catered by a taqueria that was so tasty! All of their details were so simple and unique to them. I loved their bohemian centerpieces, and their sweetheart table made my jaw drop! They had the cutest cupcake tower, and everyone was super excited to get one for themselves. After dinner, Haley and Jason joined their friends and family on the dance floor and did not waste a second celebrating their marriage! Every single moment of their day was filled with love and laughter, and I had an amazing time spending the day with them!
