Moody Romantic Fall Elopement // Olympic National Park // Ana + Aric

Ana + Aric blew me away during their Moody Romantic Fall Elopement at Lake Crescent Lodge! This gorgeous, oceanside lodge is hidden away inside Olympic National Park in Washington, and it was perfect for bringing this couples vision to life!

Ana and Aric definitely wanted to keep their ceremony small, unique and personal to them and they did just that! I absolutely love elopements, because it gives my couples an opportunity to celebrate in a way that feels more comfortable and unique to them! The weather was definitely on their side as well, as their ceremony was sandwiched between two days of pouring rain. However, the light was perfect alongside their fall day and really helped to create these moody and romantic photos.

I loved that I had SO much time to run around with these two, and focus on their portraits. We explored all over, and found ourselves in so many beautiful areas. I could barely believe the view as we stood right up against the ocean, listening to the tide. Later on, lost in the endless autumn trees that surrounded you wherever you looked! We even found a gorgeous dock, where Ana and Aric laughed and danced, soaking up their love as I documented every last moment.

I actually met these two prior to their day, while photographing their friends’ wedding at Gold Creek Pond (another gorgeous location!) Ana actually caught the bouquet at that wedding, and Aric proposed shortly after. The love between these two is so genuine and electric! I am so glad that they gave me the opportunity to hang out with them during this intimate day, and I couldn’t be happier with the way their photos turned out!
