Moody Engagement Session – Lake Crescent // Olympic National Park // Port Angeles, WA

This was a RAINY one.

Having a couple willing to brave the rain, trust the process, and know that I’m going to get them awesome photos no matter the weather conditions makes me very happy!

Scheduling an engagement session in Feb in the Pacific Northwest is a serious gamble, and we did roll the dice and get rain, but these two were awesome about it! They brought an umbrella to keep dry during our first locations on the beach of Lake Crescent and then toward the end of the session, we went to some more woodsy, somewhat protected areas and they totally just embraced the rain! Those are some of my favorite photos from the shoot!

I live in Port Angeles and am very familiar with different locations throughout the area, some in the Olympic National Park and some hidden local gems. I always encourage my Seattle couples to take a day trip or even book a night to explore the area and do photos in, what is in my opinion, the prettiest part of WA!
