I am such a sucker for a fall wedding. Fall anything, honestly. But fall weddings are seriously gorgeous. I love warm color palettes, cooler air and the thrill of unpredictable weather.

Jinoos and Justinโ€™s Dairyland wedding in Snohomish was everything fall wedding dreams are made of. Jinoos and I emailed back and forth the week leading up to the wedding to talk back up plans and what to do in the event of rain because the forecast was NOT looking good. When I arrived at the venue that morning, the rain was coming down hard. We were prepared with umbrellas and covered portrait spots. Something that was really important to her was taking some time after the ceremony to do some sunset photos. We were hoping for that perfect fall golden hour. It was not looking promising at the beginning of the day but right after their ceremony, the rain stopped and a huge rainbow appeared. We were able to ditch the umbrellas and head out for golden hour photos!

Another memorable moment from their day was their not-so-traditional first dance. When they first made their entrance back into the reception after we got done with photos they went straight in to your typical slow first dance song. Then the music stopped and turned to a hip hop song and they surprised their guests with a choreographed dance. Everyone circled around them and cheered.

I also tried vegan mac and cheese for the first time and did not hate it.

Check the bottom of the post for vendor credits!

Huge thanks to my amazing second shooter: Taylor Ochoa
